We bought our 60 m^2 house a couple of years ago, and the builder's report noted that the clay tile roof would need repointing in the near future. We've received a bit of a financial windfall, so it's time to do some property maintenance. We don't know what the cost would be expected to be without someone knowledgeable having a look!
