Hi Dad is in his 80s and got behind on maintenance of his house of 30 years. We need to make plans to improve the place or sell it so that he is healthy and warm as he ages further. I am in Napier, but intend to spend some time in coming months in Palmy helping him raise the standard of his property We have his permission to get tradies in to get a few jobs done on his behalf Cheers Stuart
