Repair required for two flat areas of roof above second story window. Water is ponding and there is corrosion. Need a fix for this (NOT just an investigation) as per the attached photos and building report (perhaps cover with colour steel? but I am sure someone might have a much better idea). Gas flu removal and roof repair

We have a disused gas flu through our roof, I want to remove it and replace the sheet of zincalum to reseal the roof. The sheet is 2.1m long but angle cut on both ends. It is a single story house, low pitch, with easy access to the roof. As the original coating has oxidised we do not expect a new sheet to match the rest of the roof.

Where the conservatory roof joins the house roof it leaks when there is heavy rain. This could be covered under my house insurance. They have advised for me to get a quote.
