This Is a small bach at Ohiwa beach with an older corrugated roof . Water appears to be leaking from the roof or the gutter into the soffit which constantly drips at one end when it rains. Ideally , I would like the problem assessed and repaired ASAP as the soffit is deteriorating rapidly . There is also an occasional leak in the living room ceiling so the entire roof needs inspection Experienced help would be much appreciated!.
