Re-Roof - 90m2 Bungalow

Our corrugated iron roof has gotten a bit old and we would like to replace it. We have a 90m2 floor area single storey weatherboard bungalow in Birkdale. We have a chimney, about 1200mm wide, however the flashing around this has already been repaired along with the iron up to the Ridgeline. That was done in Kiwi Steel KiwiColour Vitor+ 0.55mm in the Sandstone Grey colour, looking to continue with that or something colour matched. Our attic has thin layer of Insufluff insulation in the roof - when we reroof we would like to also get rid of that Insufluff and replace it with some more modern batts that will provide a bit more insulation in the summer.
