Roof leakage fix

I've 2 roofs meeting each other and flushing to the gutter via a membrane as shown in the pics. Water is leaking through the membrane where both roofs meet. It started with heavy rain and now it's getting worse so that whenever it rains, water leaks in. It might be that the membrane needs to be changed and/or sealed properly. Inspection is recommended before submitting a quote.
