Internal to external guttering

We currently have an internal guttering system and would like quotes on 1. Cost to create a channel so if these gutters overflow, water will drain out through a channel in the eaves vs into the house walls Or 2. Cost to convert the internal gutter system to an external gutter system 3. Cost to extend roof/create a covered area over a deck. Thanks for your time
