Water stains on ceiling
Job description
Hi all I would like to have someone come and have a look at the attic or possibly the roof for water issues, as there are a couple of places (laundry room and main bedroom) where the ceiling is showing water stain marks, seen on photos attached, and also a very minor leakage issue on one of the pipes under the kitchen sink please, unsure if this needs to go under another job sorry. House is built in 1990 and roof is iron/tin sheets. Fair inspection prices and honest advice needed here please, thank you.

Though job was delayed but it was out of his control and he kept me up to date throughout, even offered an interim solution while he was waiting for materials. Couldnt have asked for a better job done too! Highly recommended
