Job description
Hi looking to get a quote for repointing, repair cracked / chipped tiles and clean and paint for a 100m2 concrete tile roof (1950s house) in Beach Haven. Some moss / mould present. Assume required scope of works could comprise: - Survey of any possible repair works required (no leaking has been observed by us but the roof is old); - Repair pointing / cracked / chipped tiles - Water blast / chem wash treatment - Painting

Ben from Rooftrade washed, repointed, replaced / repaired and repainted our 1950s concrete tile roof in Beach Haven. Our roof was previously in poor condition and the completed job has extended the life of our roof, added value to the property and looks great. We are very happy with the end product. Ben is diligent and efficient and had excellent communication . He also stuck to the start and completion dates he gave us in the quote despite inclement weather occurring during the painting process
