Gutter clearing for second floor roof

I am looking for a tradie whom can provide an obligation free quote for a gutter clearing job. We own a two storey house and we have manage the clear the ground level's gutter, but not the second level. We potentially require an on-site visit for quoting, and hopefully to bare it at a minimum cost.
