New roof required
Job description
We have a 1960s decramastic tile roof on our house in Glenfield with 0.55 Coloursteel Endura / ColourCotete ZinaCore. It needs to be replaced. The house floor area is approx 100sqm with a roof area approx 110sqm. The house is 2 stories on one side with a deck running half that length. The fixtures on the roof are a UHF antenna, toilet exhaust vent and stovepipe chimney (hot water cylinder overflow is ready to remove). The roof framing is double truss. We think the existing battens may need to be replaced as most of them get wet as the overlap of the tiles is small. There is currently no building paper. Happy to supply more information if required too to clarify but guess may be easier to come and have a look. Ideally we would like this done sooner rather than later as there are some water issues (not big but annoying) and the house is being renovated. But time-frame will really depend on cost.

Great team to deal with. Fast communications, kept us in the loop with all the craziness during lockdown and the job was done rather quickly (when time finally played on our side).
