Roof seal and waterproof(not quite sure)

My tenant found the water sipping through the joints above the door of bathroom downstairs. It’s the joint of the roof and wall right above the door. Not quite sure about this, need a specialist to do trouble shooting firstly. Then need to repair the frame of door as well, or even the joints above the door if any moisture inside. As tenant live there, so prefer the time after 4pm at work day or full day at weekend. Or other suitable time can be arranged. Hope to fix it as early as possible.
