Guttering repair or replacement

We have some gutters that have never performed well - both far ends of the house hang off and overflow. We would like to either *properly* repair them, or replace, to fix the issue. They are both second floor gutters with large drops, but have deck at the same level - extending approx 1. meter from the deck at each end is an overhang - ladder accessible or by leaning off the deck - or from the roof. Looking to get it done within 2-4 weeks, cost depending.
