Property, (single level, brick & tile, built in the 70's), has a clay tile roof and there is a leak which has shown up in the ceiling. The property is tenanted and I have a Property Manager that looks after the management. Would appreciate this leak being addressed as soon as possible.

I was indeed fortunate to have Nathan of Apex Roofing Services rectify a repair that was supposedly "carried out" on the roof barely 18 months before by another contractor. The tiles the previous roofer used were not the correct size and there was a broken tile on the ridge line. Nathan supplied with me photos and went into the roof cavity to ensure all was taken care of. His cost was reasonable, his professionalism exemplary.
