Pierre is a very friendly and genuine guy who certainly knows his stuff when it comes to guttering, he fixed the broken gutter and then repaired the soffit which was damaged by a few years worth of rain. He checked and cleaned the gutters, pointed out another issue that I hadn't known about and gave me free advice about my rodent problem . I was very happy with him.
