I have noticed vertical striping and "shelling/peeling" paint on an interior wall in my house. I suspect there might be a water leak or moisture ingress behind the wall. Looking for a professional with a thermal imaging camera or moisture meter to identify the source of the dampness before I proceed with repairs. The wall is an old wall (not a new build).
