New Plymouth

65 Parrs road New Plymouth Roof project Summary The roofing iron on our home has aged to the point where the iron beneath the flashings is rusting out. Particularly on the flatter pitched part of the roof. Our aim is to replace all of the flatter pitched parts of the roof. Some of our roof is newer than others as part of an extension built and doesn’t need to be touched There are basically 2 parts to the project. South side: a U shaped roof, less than 15 degree pitch with 2 sky lights and kitchen extractor (see photos) North side: What we want to do on the North side before reroofing, is: * the solar water heating will be removed (will be done by ourselves) * replace the dormers with skylights (will do before reroofing), - if a roofing contractor can undertake this work, even better. Our property is elevated a bit, and is in a high wind zone, we have some protection from the South and Westerly quarters. Materials Corrugate – thicker gauge please, color = Pioneer Red. Our contact details Daphne Williams and Rob de Bique Contact --- Would like the job completed before winter 2022

Spent 8 months in Court, By far and a way the worst experience we have ever encountered with any tradesperson we have ever dealt with. We expect that Tronz will make a FairGo appearance one day. Trust your gut with this guy, we should have. Proceed with caution. He failed in all aspects of his trade, Management, Ordering, Overruns, Not building to code. An absolute nightmare. He will be fronting up to the Building Practitioners Board soon.
