Roofing iron is 55 years old and in fair condition but has had 1 or 2 minor leaks. Just wanting a quote for straightforward regular pitched tin roof replacement, House is 2 storey on gentle sloping hill section. Roof is L shaped with 2 plain gable ends. Roof dimensions are 16.5m long L side (outside of L measurement) x 7.2m wide and 14.5m other leg of L (outside of L measurement again) x 8.0m wide. Spouting and downpipes are all OK.
