I need a knowledgeable roofer to look at 3 long term roof leaks relating to roof valleys and insufficient flashings I have inherited from the house I bought a year ago. I don't know exactly what work needs to be done although it will require upgrading and changing some of the roof design which was originally done in 1980s. The corrugated iron on the roof is fine and the whole roof was painted in 2018. There may be rotton wood under the iron where the water has been getting in over the years. I hope my job really appeals to a wise builder/roofer! Also I need this appraised and done asap as I am waiting to get carpet put in and don't want my new carpet getting damp. Sorry I cant supply photos as I can't get on the roof. It would be great if you can come and have a look to advise and give a quote. Thanks
