We have a bad leak in the guttering (above the outside light in the photo). When our son was here he tried to seal it unsuccessfully; mainly because of the height and he couldn't get inside the guttering and tried from the outside. The guttering is 3.3m above ground level and above a concrete patio.

Reroof and insulate 100m2 bungalow
