I had a leak in my roof during the very bad weather at the end of winter, a friend took a look and said it looked like a cracked tile. He covered it with plastic but obviously that won't last forever. My house is 1930s and I don't have any spare tiles so I'm hoping the crack can just be sealed? It only leaked when we had the strong easterly combined with hard rain.
Would like someone to have a look and tell me if it's possible to seal it (or source spare tiles? I have no idea how easy that is). Probably a good idea to check the flashings etc around the chimney are all okay too.
