A 1940s Art deco house. Roof leaking. Appears that flashing on caps of parapets need replacing and sealing as water is (and has been for some time) entering the roof space where the parapet meets the roof. Roof is corrugated iron. Flashing seems to be sheet iron on top of parapet, fibreglass from top parapet to roof, and then lead from parapet onto roof. The linear distance in need of repair is approximately 40m. One 2 x 4 beam in the ceiling (access from roof) will need to be replaced (approx length of 2m) as it is rotten. Cheers.
