Replace rusted sheet plus range hood duct/roof penetration installation

I need to have my in cabinet rangehood ducted up through the roof plus I also have another sheet of iron that will need replacing due to rust. Ducting, roof fittings/flashing and cowling all required as part of the service. The attached pictures show both aspects of the work. The picture with the tape measure is the rough position of where the rangehood is located, around 2.5m down from the ridgeline. From ceiling to roof directly above the rangehood is around 500mm so lack of crawl space. The flat was built on the mid 70's.
