gutter blocked further down spout?

I have a leak (from blocked gutter maybe) that has leaked into my floor leaving me with wet carpet in one bedroom. I am working from home today so it would be great if you could come today to figure out the cause and what would need doing. This happened a few years ago and I cleared the gutter at the top and it was fine. I’ve cleared the gutter at the top again but it is still doing it. Perhaps it is blocked further down? My ceiling shows no signs of leaks - it’s just that the carpet is all wet.
