Gutter repair and replacement

I require a handy maintenance person to replace a section of plastic guttering on my home. The section looks to be about 3m long (guesstimate from the ground). The remaining guttering is in need of some attention on the joins as it is leaking and possibly needs to be sealed. One section appears crooked from the ground.
