Leaking roof

After the recent heavy rain we noticed an apparent leak in a corner of the ceiling in our spare room. The paint has bubbled in the corner of the wall and a few inches from the corner is a rust coloured stain down the wall. On the outside weatherboard wall, which has been recently painted, there are similar rusty stains. At the point on the roof above the leak, the barge board is looking a bit worn out - jagged and rotting on the edge. At that same point, there is a join between two different angles of the roof, like a gutter.
