Assess state of roof and quote for any work needed

My rental property in Picton has partially unpainted/rusty roofing iron and needs to be checked. If any work needed, a quote will be required. The side of the roof that's in worst condition is north-west to south-west. That side of the house (which is on a hill) is about 2.5 storeys high so I'm not sure if scaffolding needed or safety issues with working on the roof at that height. Currently is roofed with painted corrugated iron. Would consider changing to Colorsteel if cost permits. If replaced with corrugated iron it will need painting too. I don't expect this to be the whole roof, as the rest was checked and painted about 8 years ago – just a quarter, which as far as I know has not been replaced in at least 15 years. Budget indication is just a guess – would like to know what's realistic, please.
