Leaky Guttering

My house has colour steel box guttering and facias. Over half of the joins are either showing evidence of rust, and in several places are actually leaking. Some previous "repairs" have been poorly carried out - mainly covering the problem areas with silicone. I don't wish the same thing to be done again. I wish the joints to be properly fixed, replacing with new guttering if necessary. I am looking at approximately 15 joins - a mixture of straight overlapped , inside angles and outside angles.
