Job description
Some dampness and stains detected in the master bed room of a 1970 brick and tile rental unit. The framing seems unaffected. Brief: to investigate and test for waterproofness and take appropriate action like replacing tiles (have potentially available, to be confirmed), repoint with mortar or other measures as advised. The pics of the roof were taken before multiple cycles of lychen killer were applied. This job requires access to the roofspace from inside the house, Covid measures like mask wearing and distancing to be observed.
