Dave is the classic Kiwi Tradesman, ethical, high standards and knows what he is talking about, no fluff. He did high quality work which is focussed on output vs time it takes, there is no rush, equally he has the right tools to access heights. He kept us informed throughout, and would rate him 10 stars for his communication skills. We had people with half the quotes with what Dave had given but when we compared, his work was comprehensive and no last minute add on charges.
