happy with the job that was done. Took a wee while longer than expected, but it seems as though it's the current busy state of the building and trades industry at the moment. Communication could be improved - I needed to follow up a few times to ask when he would be around to do the job. Take that as constructive criticism. But no probs with the overall work at all.
