Job description
1970's solid Brick andTile two bedroom unit which is part of a complex of 6, sprung a leak during the weekends downpour. Cannot see any obvious loose tiles. Need inspection and quote to repair.

Best tradesman I have come across. Great workmanship, sets the benchmark for communication and will work to your time frame. Heres my experience. I contacted Ben to say that a property I own sprung a leak after the huge downpour we had in Auckland. The morning after I contacted him, Ben was on the ladder, siliconed the tiles before sending out the quote and receiving the job. The result being, there was another down pour (nil damage experienced) Fantastic experience
