Insull gutter replacement

1970's era rectangular house with original galv steel guttering, conc. tile roof. North Side: Approx. 10m of guttering has pulled away from the facia, has rusted right through in places, requires replacement. Easy access from deck. East Side (roadside): Approx. 8m length. Condition unknown but approx. 0.6m on north side is rusting, north corner rusting, south corner thought to be rusting. Requires condition assessment and possible replacement. Access from paved car parking area, gutter approx. 5m above ground. South Side: Approx. 10m length affected, showing rust. Includes a length of approx. 5m which was replaced 6 or 7 years ago but was put on low, ponds water and is already rusting. Requires replacement. Ground slopes, gutter varies up to approx. 5m high, ground in grass under high end. New gutters to be flat or fall to down-pipes, ensure there are no adverse grades or low points that will result in ponding. New gutters on North and South sides to tie into existing sections of gutter that are in good condition. Mortar to tiles on the ridge lines has broken loose and the ridge tiles are starting to move, so interested also in repointing these tiles.
