Spouting and gutters

We need further investigation And a quote to fix the gutters on a house we a looking to purchase. The gutters do not have built in overflows for heavy rain and have caused the soffit linings to fall out of the support grooves in several places. These gutters need to be cleaned then overflow outlet installed at several places between the down pipes to ensure overflow water is captured and removed to prevent future damage to the soffits and walls. Potentially a whole new design will need to be out in but this warrants a look and quote
