The glass roof of one (relatively small) area of the house is leaking and needs replacing. The buckets are doing a good job when it rains, so the situation isn't desperate, but it is getting worse rather than better!

Communcation has been good, open, honest and factual. The job was discussed well and at length before work started. Once under way, the job was completed well on schedule and Reuben kept in touch throughout. I would use Greystoke again.
