I'm seeking a tradie that can give me a cost estimate for the following maintenance to the house. 1. Replace/Repair concrete roof tiles - A handful of tiles have cracked corners. 2. Treat/clean /reseal/repoint & repaint concrete roof 3. Correct and repair plastic spouting. 4. Repaint/repair facia board under spouting. 5. Tradie must have job references if I decide to go ahead with the work. It is a typical 2 story house in Howick, vintage 1968 , concrete tile roof -Monier. So its 5 meters high in places up to the spouting.
