Gutter clean and inspect

My rental recently had a bit of an overflow. Gutterguard was installed last year and they were cleaned out but it appears to have filled up again. Needing someone handy to get up there and clean out the gutters so it flows again. Also to report back on any possible issues that may be present. its 2 sides of a 100sqm house.
