Cracked Roof Tiles - repair

Selling home and the buyer's building report identified: 1) several broken tiles on the roof. Most of these look as though they could be sealed/repaired rather than replaced. pictures 1&2 attached 2) also on the roof, Bathroom vent pipe - fix broken sleve to the vent pipe through the roof, add vent cap to the top - picture 3 attached Looking for quotes - 1 for replacement of broken tiles, and 1 for repairing/sealing broken tiles. will go with cheaper option. Please advise on vent pipe sleeve too + vent cap. Date: must be done ONLY after the 15th of June
