Gutter and roof check up.

There is a slight crack in the corner gutter where the water seems to have been pooling over time. I am worried that this may have caused some damage to the timber in close proximity, doesnt seem to to be any discoloration in colour or timber softness but then I could be totally wrong. Also inside one of the bedrooms the roof is a little soft about the size of a bottle cap - maybe suggesting there is a leak in the roof cavity? I would like someone to come have a look at it and see if there is anything I need to worry about.
