We need: a) 2x half blocks fitted per photos, then b) a new capping/ flashing to be fitted along the row of blocks. Happy for one contractor to do the block work, and another to do the roof flashing. Or one to do both jobs, you choose :) The flashing lengths (once new blocks in place) are 2.3m (plus fold down over end).. then down 30cm.. then along 3.95m (plus fold down over end). The upper length has warped, poorly fixed timber which i think better to claw off with a hammer, then just use a few big gobs of silicone to hold the capping in place. If taking this timber off, reduce the length of vertical flashing from 30cm to 28cm :) The lower, long length of flashing has a nice, well fixed length of timber for fixing into, or again can just use some big gobs of silicone if you prefer. Coloursteel colour of flashing just to be some shade of WARM off-white please.
