Fix leak and replace rotten rafter timber

I've got a leak on my roof. I used stop leak about 4 years ago and it held for a while but has begun to leak again. Unfortunately the rafter timber underneath the leak is now a bit rotten and would also need to be replaced (it's 4.5 x 9 x 84 cm). I've posted photos of my roof and leak with this listing. The roof I believe is pressed metal tile and the house was built in 2003, location: Favona. Please let me know if this is something you could fix and approx quote if possible.
