Roof cleaning, pointing and painting.

My home's roof is made of concrete tiles. The roof currently has moss and fungus growing on the tiles, so the first step is to thoroughly clean the roof to remove all moss, fungus, and dirt. After cleaning, I want repair the pointing to ensure the roof is sealed properly and protected against leaks. And then painting of the roof.
