new guttering for garage

The guttering of our garage is made of tin and completely rusted away on one side and very rusty on the other. We'd like to have all guttering ripped out and replaced by plastic guttering. It's under 10m on each side. We have no idea what guttering labour costs, so are keen to talk to someone if it's possible on our budget. The photo shows part of the guttering we ripped out a few years back, but our amateur repairs hasn't made things any better... Please be advised we will be asking for a reference of some completed jobs and we will be checking them out.
