New & Replacement Metal Roof
Kapiti Coast
House was built in early 50s and I believe tin roof is original. It needs replacing (no leaks, yet!). Am guessing at maybe --- . There's no ceiling thermal insulation and no space to install between roof and ceiling, so I'm thinking this is the chance. Also, electrics are ageing so might be a chance to renew the lighting circuit.

Minor delay in removing the scaffolding at the end of the job, but good comms about what was happening, and the reason was entirely understandable.
