Internal Gutter Replacement & Repair
Job description
I am posting this job for my Dad who lives in Otaki. The sleep out has an internal gutter which is leaking and needs to be replaced. We envisage this job will entail: - Removal of part of the existing corrugated steel roofing (one side of structure) - Remove corroded internal gutter - Treat timber, which are wet but we dont wish to replace. - Replace new internal gutter - Refit existing roofing sheets - No internal ceiling GIB replacement required, we will allow to dry and do this ourselves. Will require good weather window. To be completed as soon as possible. Looking for qualified builder to complete this work. Good access from neighbors driveway (we will talk to neighbor).
