Roof repair or replacement and cladding a sleepout

I’d like a quote for fixing/replacing roof on house circa 80/100sqm (Art Deco house) and cladding sleepout roof and walls with coloursteel. Might do one or both. Am at place until Sunday and then won’t be at house for a couple of weeks but can arrange a visit while I’m not around if need be. Thanks
