Level and Re-Seal Balcony/Deck

We in the process of renovating this house. Our Deck is in need of some love. We would like the complete deck re-waterproofed/resealed. Deck is approximately 6m x 3.5m The previous job was not done quiet right as all water does not run off the deck nicely. I would like new drainage installed, and drainage built into the current gutter system. The current seal membrane has been painted green which means its difficult to apply new membrane onto it. I would prefer the whole lot to come off, and new wood/seal installed with the necessary water runoffs. Any questions please ask, or feel free to contact me if you would like to come and have a look.
