Roof repair around chimney

Needing roof/flashing repaired around the chimney. It has just started to show signs of leaking around the chimney in the last two rains after we had our cowling replaced. Would really like it done as quickly as possible , this week preferably. As we have just put the house up for sale, so want it fixed before we have another open home. Or any building inspections done. Thanks.
