Re-roofing of an Initial home(and possibly garage) in Kapiti.

I have a holiday home in Otaihanga that is in need of a new roof. It's an Initial Home, with quite a few leaks (mostly minor) to the existing roof, and it definitely needs replacement. You should also be able to carry out some minor repairs in case of rotten sub roof etc. You should also be able to replace the existing to provide a warmer house. It is an added benefit if you can also put in underfloor insulation (easy access under the whole house)
