Leaky roof repairs
Job description
I have leaks in my roof that are staining the ceilings. The worst of it is in the lounge around the fireplace flute and some ceiling staining on the same side. There is some minor ceiling damage in 1 or 2 other places in the house. I notice that about a 3rd of all the roofing nails have rusty washes. The worst of the leaks is in the newest part of the house which is about 20yrs old. The other part of the house where water damage is minor is about 35yrs old. I need the roof repaired to see if the leaking stops then I will get the ceilings fixed. There is also some spouting to repair.

I was impressed with Hone's dedication for his trade at first contact. When he came to quote the job. He had a look, wrote a detailed quote there and then. The total cost for the job was as quoted The weather played it's part when the roof could be repaired. The finished job was a credit to him .
